WEEK 18

This past week was a BUSY week AGAIN! Ha, ha we are a busy family that is for sure. But it is busy fun busy, in a good way busy! We had a visit with Uncle Kevin this week. That was great. He met Odin for the first time. He stayed over night at a hotel in Tampa so we went there and we spent 4 hours with him. Swam in the pool and enjoyed life. Bianca had so much fun in the pool and actually decided to learn to swim that day. Just like that she was swimming. Like a mermaid, and also she dove. Wow, amazing what a person can learn if they just put their mind to it, and decided to do it. She had obviously been listening to all the preaching I had done previously about how you use your arms and legs when you swim because she used them beautifully. Good girl!!

We also encountered one more snake this week, crazy! Why? Is it becuase they are training me to like them? As soon as we got out of the car at Weedon Island, which is a bird sanctuary. Lots of animals can be seen there but sometimes you see none. However on this day the beautiful snake emerged himself perfectly right ahead of us on the road. As I of course, followed his every move to see where he was going, I realized that I would have never discovered him in the grass, he was totally camouflaged. EEEEEEEK!!! But I was fine. I was.

We have also hung out at the beach and at the park and at frisbee. Life is great!

Odin has had a photo shoot as well where he shows off his strength, he is a big boy. We did go to his 4 month check up and he is a tall boy 27.5 inches tall which is 69.3 cm and he weighed 16.10 pounds which is 7.200 grams. He is slightly lighter than Bianca was at this age, but he is 5 cm taller so that is why he looks so much slimmer. But it is amazing how they are so similar still.

Odin also made friends with Roco, my friend Dori adorable dog, whom I love. He wanted to stay close to Odin, so sweet. But really, Roco was just trying to get his body on a blanket somewhere and that was where one was. Smart dog!
